“ We came in for a late lunch/ early dinner on Sunday and the place was pretty busy. It was quite loud and kept getting louder. But it seems to go in stages in the afternoon and it did get (a little) quieter. We had appetizers. Hubby had hand made tamales (pork) and I had potato taquitos. So so so good. We shared a queso fundido, which was fantastic until we got our other appetizers which made it pale in comparison. Anne I was helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you Anne. And thanks out to the chefs. And thanks to all the servers who managed to move at the speed of light without crashing into each other. We will definitely come back to this pappasitos. ”

“ first time around food was great and had me come back. menu states charro beans for the "tulum plate", they gave me refried beans. the chicken fajita looked like it was cut off a rotisserie chicken. two BIG pcs of chicken breast wrapped in a tortilla along with a dime size piece of chicken cartilage(not a fan of). I was surprised to see my kids meal loaded with shredded cheese in her fajita taco. usually they put the cheese in a cup. overall, 2nd visit was disappointing. ”

She was incredibly friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and had a great sense of timing with everything—drinks, appetizers, and entrees all came out perfectly spaced. She knew the menu inside and out and gave great recommendations. What really stood out was her genuine warmth and positive energy. Even though the restaurant was busy, she never made us feel rushed and made sure we had everything we needed. We called ahead to let management (Cacey Murphy) know that we were coming to dine in for lunch with a group of 25 kids and 10 adults. Before arriving Cacey took care of us by providing amazing instructions and guidance as well as having a section ready for us when we arrived. Casey and her team were so attentive and helpful in getting all of us our appetizers, drinks, and food. All orders were correct and in a very timely manner even though they had a very busy lunch day.
